What your moving price includes
Loading, transport, unloading, furniture wrapping, and basic furniture disassembly/reassembly with standard tools are included.
No extra charges for stairs, long carries, elevator waits, or building access delays. Required parking permits, meter fees, and loading-zone reservations are covered in the flat price; you arrange permits and reservations.
Packing is a separate add-on; unpacking is excluded. Packing estimates remain provisional until we review your exact inventory and you agree to the price. A moving-price hold does not guarantee an unreviewed packing estimate.
Heavy or specialty items (including pianos, safes, pool tables, and hot tubs) and complex furniture require a separate quote before booking. Call (202) 417-8847.
Email your inventory and basic assembly/disassembly list to adamsmorganmoving@gmail.com at least 72 hours before your move. If you book less than 72 hours ahead, send it immediately. Our booking agent must review your inventory before packing is confirmed.
